Once a year the rural health clubs of Queensland converge on a rural town to gain experience of the academic and social aspects of practising health in a rural setting. This year is the 7th Joint Rural Health Club Weekend (JRHCW), and we invite you to join TROHPIQ (UQ), Bushfire (Bond), HOPE4HEALTH (Griffith) and RHINO (JCU) for an incredible weekend focused on showcasing rural health.
In 2011 there is a huge academic timetable filled with clinical skills, workshops and seminars covering everything from Indigenous health to toxic envenomation. The academic experience is of course complemented by a sensational social program and many opportunities to take in the beautiful scenery of the tablelands.
